Step 1a Complete our order form using IMEI + NETWORK
To help get us started with unlocking your BlackBerry we first need some information on your handset. The most important piece of information we'll need is your IMEI (The serial number of your BlackBerry handset) + the original network from your phone is locked this means country + network name. With this unique serial number, we are able to source and provide you with the unlock code specific to your handset. Our easy-to-follow order form describes how you can retrieve this important information from your BlackBerry handset.
Step 1b Complete our order form using MEP method
This service can unlock ANY BLACKBERRY locked to ANY OPERATOR, regardless whether it’s old security, new security or no security in REAL TIME (Instant Delivery). To get code we need IMEI + MEP, this mean you need to get the MEP name from your phone using eScreen Keygen or you can also read it using USB cable (check here for details) but you will get just ONE working code (the good one)
Step 2. Pay for your unlock code
Once we have received your BlackBerry unlock code order details and IMEI, we'll simply need you to pay for your order. We provide a totally secure payment facility which accepts all of the major debit and credit cards and we also accept Paypal.
Step 4. Codes under calculation
You will get your unlock in REAL TIME. This means we send you the unlock code for your phone few minutes after payement received. If you are using the single order (personnal use) it will usually take around 5 minutes after payment received to get your unlock codes by email. If you use a pro account you can see codes in real time (few seconds) directly from your account. Server is working 24/7 everyday of the year.
Step 5. Receive code to unlock handset
Once we have processed your order, we'll send you an email to alert you to the BlackBerry unlock code itself along with full instructions on how to input the BlackBerry unlock code. Full 24 hour technical support via email is also provided to every customer through our help desk if required.
